2013

Quebec City, 2013 — The first Miracom service vehicle at Montmorency Falls.

2015

Two technicians, one car

Miracom is born in Quebec City with one conviction: SMBs deserve the same caliber of IT as large enterprises — without the price tag or the jargon. The first clients are printing companies and ventilation and refrigeration businesses in the region.

2016

The managed services shift

Rather than fixing what breaks, we start preventing it. Launch of our managed services plans with proactive monitoring: our clients discover what "zero surprise outages" means.

2019

Regional expansion

Opening of the Lévis, Trois-Rivières and Sherbrooke branches. Our promise: a local technician who knows your business, not an anonymous call center on the other side of the world.

2021

Cybersecurity front and center
