Should all our servers migrate to the cloud?
Not necessarily. Some workloads (local ERPs, specific business software, large databases) often cost less on-premise. Groupe Miracom performs a workload-by-workload analysis and recommends a hybrid strategy when it is more cost-effective.
How long does a cloud migration take for an SMB?
For an SMB with 10 to 50 servers, full migration typically takes 2 to 6 months depending on application complexity. We prioritize the simplest workloads for quick wins, then migrate complex systems with planned cutover windows.
Can our data stay in Canada if we migrate to the cloud?
