Cookie Policy
This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on this site and how you stay in control. In line with Québec's Law 25, every measurement technology is off by default.

1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file a website places on your device. The browser's local storage plays a similar role. They let a site remember, for example, a preference.
2. Your choice
On your first visit, a small banner offers two equally prominent options: Reject or Accept. Until you accept, no audience measurement runs. You can change your choice at any time (the “Manage my cookies” link at the bottom of every page): .

We use no advertising cookies, no social media pixels and no profiling tools.
4. Cookieless third-party services
- Branch map: map tiles come from OpenFreeMap (OpenStreetMap data). Your browser sends them your IP address to download the images, with no cookies or tracking.
- “Directions” links: they open Google Maps in a new tab only if you click. No Google content is loaded on our pages.
- Support platform: support requests are made on app.groupemiracom.ca, operated by Groupe Miracom and covered by the same privacy policy.
5. Private areas
Some private pages reserved for our clients and partners (code access) set a strictly necessary, secure session cookie limited to those pages, to keep access open for a few hours.
6. Browser settings
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). If you delete the consent cookie, the banner will be shown again.
