Transparency on our site

Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on this site, why, and how you can control them. We use the strict minimum.

Last updated: January 2026

1. What Is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember your actions and preferences for a given period (for example your language or session state), so you don't have to re-enter them on each visit.

2. Cookies We Use

Our site uses a limited number of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: essential to the operation of the site (security, load balancing, display preferences). They cannot be disabled and contain no information that can personally identify you.
  • Audience measurement cookies: we use statistical analysis tools to understand how the site is used (pages visited, visit duration, source). This data is aggregated and anonymized; it is never used to track you from one site to another.

We do not use any advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for targeted marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Certain features embedded in our site may place their own cookies:

  • Interactive map: the map of our branches on the Contact page loads map tiles provided by a third-party service (OpenStreetMap).
  • External forms: our support ticket creation form is hosted by monday.com, which applies its own privacy policy.

We invite you to review these providers' policies to learn more about their practices.

4. How to Manage Cookies

You can control and delete cookies directly in your browser settings:

  • block all cookies or only third-party ones;
  • delete existing cookies;
  • set an alert before a cookie is placed.

Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect the proper functioning of certain sections of the site. Consult your browser's documentation (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) for instructions.

5. Retention Period

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies have a maximum lifespan of 13 months, after which your consent is required again where applicable.

6. To Learn More
